Growing up in the wide-open areas of New Mexico, Ryan Steffens had many opportunities to develop his passion for stone. He spent his summers exploring in high mountain ranges, desolate rocky deserts and abandoned mine shafts. Ryan searched for and collected any interesting stones, always fascinated by their patterns, colors and textures.
